Delivery cost is shown on each painting details page for UK delivery. Please contact me if you would like the item shipped outside of the UK.
Originals
The painting will be well protected and will be sent by Royal Mail services with insurance cover and tracking.
Turnaround time is upto 2 weeks from cleared payment (subject to possible delays via Royal Mail). Payment via bank transfer is the preferred option but please contact me if this is not possible.
If you live within approximately 10 miles of my location (SL6 2YR) I am happy to deliver the item personally for items over £100.00.
Prints

Greeting cards
The card will be sent out by Royal Mail first class in a hard-backed envelope. The postage and packing costs of upto 3 cards is £1.65 to a UK mainland address. For larger quantities please contact me for a quote.
Turnaround time is about 1 week (subject to stock) from cleared payment (subject to possible delays via Royal Mail). Payment via bank transfer is the preferred option but please contact me if this is not possible.
Items lost in transit
If the item fails to arrive at the expected time please notify me as soon as possible. Please note that Royal Mail ask the recipient to wait an additional 7 working days for tracked items and 10 working days for first class. I will be happy to rectify the issue with the customer as best I can, of course, depending on the nature of the item being sent. For example sending out replacement prints or cards and refunds for paintings.
Items damaged in transit
If the item arrives in a damaged form please notify me as soon as possible and record the packaging as soon as possible with photographs (preferably whilst the Royal Mail employee is still present). I will send out replacements for prints and cards. Refunds for paintings will be made if damaged. I may ask that the painting be returned (at my cost) if I would like to retain the painting with the damage present.
